  • Cal State Bakersfield's Jacob Yagers won the 1500m at the Mark Conover Classic to earn The Big West Men's Track Athlete of the Week award. It is Yagers' first career weekly honor. 
     
  • The senior clocked 3:44.40 over 1500m to set a new school record. The time currently ranks first in the conference, seventh in the region and 11th nationally.

  • CSUN's Trey Knight won the hammer throw event at the Ron and Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational to claim The Big West Men's Field Athlete of the Week honor. It is Knight's third career weekly honor from the conference, having won it twice last year. 
     
  • The senior claimed a victory in the hammer throw with a school and conference record of 77.91m/255'7". The mark is currently No. 1 in the nation.

  • Long Beach State's Rahni Turner won the 100m hurdles event ath the Ron and Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational to claim The Big West Women's Track of the Week award. It is Turner's third career weekly honor from the conference, having won it once last year and once in 2023. 
     
  • The senior ran 13.30 in the 100m hurdles. The time ranks first in the conference, sixth in the region and sixth nationally.

  • Cal Poly's Lexi Evans won the pole vault event at the Mark Conover Classic to earn The Big West Women's Field Athlete of the Week award. It is Evans' first career weekly honor from the conference. 
     
  • Evans cleared 4.40m/14'5.25" to set a new school and conference record in the pole vault. The mark currently ranks No. 1 in the nation.
