Round two of the 2010 Big West Women's Golf Championships finished up today with UC Davis remaining in first place thanks to an eleven-over 299. The tournament, which will wrap up with a third round tomorrow, is being held at the San Luis Obispo Country Club with Cal Poly as the host.

The Aggies total of 597 is 14 strokes better than second place Long Beach State, extending a lead over the 49ers that stood at eight coming into the day. One stroke behind LBSU sits UC Irvine, which matched its 306 from the opening round with the same score in round two. Fourth place belongs to tournament host Cal Poly (+57/633), while Cal State Northridge and UC Riverside (+62/638) sit in a tie for fifth. Wrapping up the standings after the second day is Cal State Fullerton (+87/663).

In the individual race, UCD's Chelsea Stelzmiller carded the low round of the day with an even-par 72, helping her move into first place after two rounds with a three-over 147. She will have a lot of competition for medalist honors during the third round as Long Beach State's Reina Rogers and Aggie teammate Amy Simanton each sit at +4, while day one leader Alice Kim sits at +6. Noelle Zavaleta of Long Beach State rounds out the top five with a +7 151.

The first tee time will be at 8am tomorrow morning with the leaders all teeing off between 9-9:10 am. Follow all the action with the live scoring link above and visit the Women's Golf Championship page for photos and live tweets from the Championship.
