Hawai`i claimed the 2025 Big West Women’s Water Polo Championship and looks for a third straight championship in 2026. The Rainbow Wahine were picked to finish first in The Big West preseason coaches’ poll, followed by Long Beach State and UC Irvine. Last year the top-seeded Rainbow Wahine defeated No. 2 seed Long Beach State by a final score of 8-6 in the title game to claim the program’s sixth conference championship in women’s water polo. UH would then go on to advance to consecutive NC Championship semifinal appearances.
