UCI’s Lauren Hett Lands Fourth Weekly Award of Career Following Conference Opening Performance

  • 8136UC Irvine junior attacker Lauren Hett poured in four goals and added two assists to earn Big West Offensive Player of the Week honors, presented by Kap 7 International, after leading the Anteaters to their first conference win of the season. This is the fourth weekly distinction of the junior's career (Feb. 19, March 12, 2025 | April 3, 2024).  

  • Hett shot an impressive .800 from the field in a statement 14-10 victory over No. 14 UC San Diego, directly contributing to nearly half of UC Irvine's scoring output. 

  • The junior attacker registered the eighth hat trick of the season in the matchup. 

  • Hett now leads the squad with 38 goals and 20 assists through 14 games, setting the tone in conference play.
