  • 25388Hawai‘i goalkeeper Daisy Logtens stacked up 24 saves and four steals to lead the Rainbow Wahine to a 2-1 showing at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational and earn Big West Women’s Water Polo Player of the Week honors for the second time of the junior’s career (Feb. 28, 2024), presented by Kap7.

  • Logtens opened the weekend with eight saves against No. 4 California, setting the tone against one of the nation’s top offenses. 

  • The Uden, Netherlands native followed up with five stops in an 11-6 non-conference clash with host-site UC Irvine, anchoring a defensive stand that limited the Anteaters to just one goal in the entire second half. 

  • Logtens closed the tournament with 11 saves, the third double-digit effort of the season, in a win over Fresno State, as the Rainow Wahile blanked the Bulldogs in the second quarter and held them to a .281 shooting percentage and a 1-for-7 mark on power plays.
