Tim Brown of Hawai'i delivered a standout showing in the Rainbow Warriors’ dual meet against Utah, highlighted by a first-place finish in the 50 free. This is the first weekly distinction of Brown's career.

The senior surged to the wall in 20.78 to claim the event by nearly a quarter-second, then followed with two silver-medal relay performances, anchoring the 200 medley relay with a 20.09 split.

Brown completed the meet by swimming the second leg of the 200 free relay in 19.87, recording the fastest splits of the competition in both relays and anchoring a strong team performance.
