- Samantha Banos led UC Santa Barbara to an opening win at the University of Pacific Invite while claiming The Big West Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week for the fourth time of the senior's career (Dec. 24, 2024, Jan. 14, Feb. 4, 2025).
- Captured first place in eight events, highlighted by wins in the 100 butterfly (55.15), 200 butterfly (2:02.58), and 200 IM (2:05.11). Led multiple relay victories, including the 200 free relay (split 23.78), 400 free relay (split 51.09), and 200 medley relay, while opening the 800 free relay with a 1:50.82 split.
- Set a personal best in the 100 IM (58.28) to cap an all-around standout performance for UC Santa Barbara.
