Women's Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week Asia Kozan, UC San Diego | Junior • Diamond Bar, Calif.

• UC San Diego's Asia Kozan claimed The Big West Women’s Swimming & Diving of the Week accolade for the first time in the junior's career at the Simon Fraser and CMS tri-meet:

• Kozan captured first place in the 200 individual medley with a time of 1:59.79, leading the field by a wide margin. The Diamond Bar, Calif. native added another victory in the 500 freestyle, clocking 4:53.54 to outpace the competition.

• Kozan also anchored the Tritons’ 400 freestyle relay to the fastest time of the event, contributing a 50.20 split in the team’s 3:23.70 finish.
