The freshman won the 200m with a school record of 20.70. It is currently the fastest time in the NCAA.

The junior posted a personal-best score of 7,459 points in the multi-event competition, winning the long jump (6.77m/22'2.5"), shot put (13.01m/42'8.25"), high jump (1.93m/6'4"), 400m (50.62), 110 hurdles (15.53), pole vault (4.40m/14'5.25"), javelin (62.06m/203'7") and 1500m (4:43.53).

Cal State Fullerton's Trinity Barnett won the women's 100m competition at the Ben Brown Invitational to earn the Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor. It is the first career weekly honor for Barnett.  

The Rancho Mirage, Calif. product finished the 100m race in 11.61, the third fastest in school history and currently second in the nation. 

Also Nominated: Sameen Andar (UC Irvine), Maddie Conte (UC Santa Barbara), Shelby Daniele (Cal Poly), Lauren Schiele (UC San Diego); 

UC Santa Barbara's Jessica Swalve finished first in the heptathlon at the UC Santa Barbara Invitational to win the Women's Field Athlete of the Week award. It is Swalve's first career weekly honor. 

Swalve posted 5,152 points to win the multi-event competition, winning the shot put (12.23m/40'1.5") and javelin (41.98m/137'9").
