Andrew Jackson, UC Riverside  Men's Track Athlete of the Week   Sophomore • Wilton, Calif.

• Sophomore Andrew Jackson ran the 400 in 47.89 at the Chris Rinne Twilight to earn The Big West Men's Track Athlete of the Week honor. 
 
• Jackson's 400 is tied for seventh in the conference. He also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in second place with a time of 3:22.70.

JT Ober III, UC Riverside  Men's Field Athlete of the Week  Junior • Riverside, Calif.

• UC Riverside junior JT Ober III won the javelin competition at the Chris Rinne Twilight with a mark of 64.98m/213'2" to claim The Big West Men's Field Athlete of the Week award. 
 
• The mark ranks first in UC Riverside program history, in the conference and 26th regionally. 

• Ober III also competeted in the discus, placing fifth with a distance of 50.38m/165'3".

Amari Jenkins, UC San Diego  Women's Track Athlete of the Week  Sophomore • Moreno Valley, Calif.

• UC San Diego sophomore Amari Jenkins took first in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:00.87 at the Chris Rinne Twilight to earn The Big West Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor. 

• Jenkins' time ranks second in the conference.

Kassidy Sani, UC Irvine  Women's Field Athlete of the Week  Sophomore • Cazadero, Calif.

• UC Irvine sophomore Kassidy Sani took first in the hammer throw, discus and javelin at The Battle in the OC to earn the Big West Women's Field Athlete of the Week award. 
 
• Sani threw a personal-best 50.56m/165'10" in the discus, currently the fourth best mark in the conference. She recorded marks of 47m/154'2" in the hammer throw and 39.66m/130'1" in the javelin.
