• CSUN redshirt sophomore Chris Pitts broke the school record in the 400 at the Willie Williams Classic with a time of 46.42 to earn The Big West Men's Track Athlete of the Week honor.
• The 400 time broke the old school record of 46.80, set by Clinton Lane in 1999 and currently leads the conference, is fifth in the West Region and seventh in the nation.
• Pitts was also a member of the 4x400 relay team that ran 3:10.75 for second place.

• Long Beach State junior Sebastian Coleman recorded personal best marks in the hammer and discus throw at the Trojan Invitational to win The Big West Men's Field Athlete of the Week award. It is his second weekly honor from the conference this season.
• Coleman placed first in the discus with a throw of 58.47m/191'10", eclipsing his previous best by four meters. The mark is currently the best in The Big West, third in the West Region and seventh in the nation.
• Coleman took second in the hammer throw with a 64.98m/213'2" performance, beating his previous personal record by two meters. The mark leads the conference and is sixth in the West Region.

• CSUN redshirt freshman Yanla Ndjip-Nyemeck finished second in the 100 hurdles at the Willie Williams Classic with a time of 13.37 to earn The Big West Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor for the second week in a row.
• Ndjip-Nyemeck's time is currently the second fastest in school history, and the top mark in the conference and seventh the West Region.
• Ndjip-Nyemeck was also a member of the 4x100 relay squad that finished fourth with a time of 46.07.

• CSU Bakersfield redshirt sophomore Miranda Miller won the pole vault competition at the Franson Classic with a mark of 4.26m/13'11.75" to take The Big West Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor.
• The mark is currently the best in the conference and in the West Region, and second in the nation.
• Miller has won all of the pole vault competitions she has entered this season.
