Long Beach State junior attacker Chiara Amoroso delivered a career-best performance to lift the Beach to a 15-14 sudden-death overtime victory over No. 9 UC Irvine, earning Big West Women's Water Polo Player fo the Week honors, presented by Kap7. 

Amoroso scored a career-high six goals, including the game-winner in sudden-death overtime, while tying the game in double overtime with a milestone 100th career goal before netting No. 101 for the win.

The junior attacker continued the momentum in an exhibition against No. 7 LMU, recording a hat trick to cap a high-scoring week.
