The Big West is proud to partner with TrackMan as the exclusive ball tracking technology provider of the conference.
TrackMan is a technology system that captures pitching and hitting data; It is used by all 30 Major League Baseball (MLB) teams, top amateur organizations, prominent collegiate summer leagues and is embedded in more than 1000 stadiums around the globe.
TrackMan uses patented Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking (OERT) to deliver incredible results from a single, small system, from a backfield to the largest stadiums in the world. TrackMan solutions include the world’s finest stadium tracking unit, and the leading portable practice unit. The TrackMan stadium system is used by over 385+ colleges around the country. The Portable unit is used by the majority of TrackMan customers.
As the official ball tracking technology of The Big West, TrackMan is providing nine of the league’s 11 baseball programs with a live dashboard for in-game data such as exit velocity and spin rate; The league will utilize Trackman technology to provide in-game data and analytics to coaches and staff via in-dugout tablets.
