  • UC San Diego's Luigi Franco logged the third Big West Men's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week honor of the senior's career (Oct. 21, Nov. 19, 2025) after an impressive showing at the Simon Fraser and CMS tri-meet. 
  • Franco touched first in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:39.31, earning an individual event win. The senior also posted the fastest time in the 500 freestyle, clocking a 4:31.29 to lead the field.   
  • The Triton standout also posted the fastest time in the 500 freestyle, clocking a 4:31.29 to lead the field.
