After two team victories and one individual first-place finish, Cal State Fullerton’s Tegan Andrews went back-to-back for Big West Golfer of the Month awards. Also earning acclaim, in October, Andrews earns the February award to open spring action.

Andrews competed in two events for the Titans, leading the team to their first win of the spring season at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate from Feb. 6-8. The senior carded rounds of 70, 69 and 67 to close at 10-under 206 and leap to the top of the individual leaderboard in the final round of the event held at the Classic Club in Palm Desert, Calif. It marks the second individual medalist honor of the 2023-24 season for Andrews.

CSF jumped from fourth to first in the team standings with a combined 277 in the third round, the lowest round of the day, to edge out GCU by one stroke.

The following week, Andrews competed in the Orange County Collegiate Classic, where the Agoura Hills, Calif., native tied for 15th individually as the Titans again took home top team honors from Monarch Beach in Dana Point, Calif.
