Hawai'i Freshman Mantellato Dias Claims Second Consecutive Weekly Honor

31015• Bia Mantellato Dias of Hawai'i recorded eight goals in three matches to earn The Big West Women's Water Polo Player of the Week award for the second consecutive week. It is the freshman's third overall weekly honor from the conference. 

• Mantellato Dias tallied a season-high seven goals in Thursday's 12-10 road win over UC San Diego. It was the most goals scored by a Rainbow Wahine in 10 years. 

• The São Paulo, Brazil product had an assist, a penalty drawn and two steals in Satuday's 20-3 win at Cal State Fullerton. 

• On Sunday, Mantellato Dias compiled a goal, a steal, five exclusions drawn, and one penalty drawn against No. 3 UCLA.

• The Rainbow Wahine are currently 18-4 overall, 5-0 in conference play, and rated fourth in the latest CWPA rankings. Mantellato Dias has a team-leading 66 goals on the season so far.
