• CSUN sophomore Dorottya Telek compiled 14 goals, seven assists, nine steals and drew 12 exclusions as the Matadors went 4-1 over the weekend to earn The Big West Women’s Water Polo Player of the Week honor.
• The Hungarian center netted four goals each against Ottawa and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. She collected her third hat trick of the weekend with three goals against Pomona-Pitzer, and recorded one goal and two assists against Whittier.
• In the final match of the weekend against No. 21 Brown, Telek amassed two goals and three steals.
• Telek upped her goals total to 67 this season, the most in The Big West.
