• UC San Diego senior center Ciara Franke notched her first Big West Women’s Water Polo Player of the Week honors this season.

• Franke propelled UCSD to two wins over UC Santa Barbara after scoring three goals in the first match, that was denoted as a conference matchup as well as scoring a goal, notching an assist, and tallying three steals in the second game against the Gauchos. 

• In Friday’s 7-6 win at home, Clarke scord the golden goal in overtime, scoring with three seconds left in the third overtime period. 

• Clarke has now scored in four consecutive games dating back to March 11th against Hawai’i.

• The San Diego native ranks second in the Big West with 17 goals this season and fifth in points with 21.
