Cortney Collyer (Santa Barbara, Calif./Santa Barbara HS) garnered Big West Women’s Water Polo Player of the Week honors for her efforts in a pair of UC Irvine conference victories.

Collyer tallied five goals, four assists, five steals and six earned exclusions in Anteater wins over Pacific (12-6) and UC Davis (7-6).

She recorded a hat trick in the Pacific contest and added two more goals against UC Davis to give her 35 goals for the season, tying her for the team lead.

In addition, Collyer moved into ninth place all-time at UCI with 80 career goals.

Collyer led the Anteaters in scoring in both matches as the team improved to 11-13 overall and 2-2 in league play.
