IRVINE, Calif. – The Big West announced today a multi-year renewal with Hercules Tires as the title sponsor of The Big West Basketball Championships. The conference also released the logo for the 2024 Hercules Tires Big West Basketball Championships.  

“Our official partnership with The Big West gives us both a national platform and an outstanding opportunity to engage with Big West fans on a grassroots level,” said Joshua Simpson, Senior Vice President of Hercules Tires. “This partnership gives Hercules Tires the ability to have an on-site presence at events throughout the year allows us the opportunity to create an authentic relationship and be on people’s minds when it’s time to make a tire purchase.”  

The latest installment in the battle for Big West basketball supremacy will be held March 13-16, 2024, at The Dollar Loan Center. The top eight eligible men’s and and eight women’s teams will be competing for conference titles and automatic bids to the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships. 

“We are prout to welcome our tremendous partner Hercules Tires back as the title sponsor of two of The Big West’s premier championship events,” Big West Commissioner Dan Butterly said. “A long-term partnership of this type allows us to elevate the experience for student-athletes and fans alike and we very much appreciate the continued partnership and support that Hercules Tires provides.” 

Under the agreement, Hercules Tires also enjoys the designation of Official Tire of The Big West. 

Detailed information on specific game dates/times and ticketing information will be announced soon. 

The broad-based, multifaceted agreement was secured by Van Wagner, who manages The Big West’s sponsorship and corporate marketing program.
