Danae Miller, UC Santa Barbara  Women’s Basketball Player of the Week  Senior • Guard • Carson, Calif.

• UC Santa Barbara senior Danae Miller scored 43 total points in two games against UC Riverside and UC Davis to earn her first Big West Player of the Week award. Miller did not leave the floor during the weekend, logging a full 40 minutes in each of the two contests. 
 
• The guard from Carson scored eight points with three rebounds against UC Riverside Thursday. 
 
• On Saturday, in her final game at the Thunderdome, Miller scored a career-high 35 points, including six 3-pointers, to go along with three steals and two assits to defeat UC Davis, for the first time in six years, by a score of 65-62.
