LBSU's Hardy Claims Women's Hoops Player of the Week Honors

• Long Beach State wing Jasmine Hardy collected a pair of double-doubles as the Beach completed another weekend sweep, resulting in Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week accolades.

• In the game one win over UC Santa Barbara, the junior set new career highs in points (19) and rebounds (14) while also adding three steals and a block in 37 minutes.

• The game two win was more of the same for Hardy, as she posted 15 points, 10 rebounds, a block and an assist in 33 minutes.

• Hardy was efficient over the two games as she shot an even 50% (11-22) from the floor and 84.6% (11-13) from the foul line.

• Hardy’s efforts led Long Beach State to its 10th straight win, all of which have come against conference opposition. The Beach are league-best 11-1 overall.
