Tess Amunsen, CSUN  Women’s Basketball Player of the Week  Junior • Forward • Fresno, Calif.

• CSUN junior forward Tess Amunsen earns Player of the Week honors by averaging 19.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 steals in two games, while shooting 52 percent (13-of-25) on field goals, 63 percent (5-of-8) on 3-pointers and 88 percent (7-of-8) on free throws. 

• The Fresno native traveled to her hometown and recorded a career-high 31 points, seven rebounds, one block and one assist in a 81-75 win at Fresno State. She shot 59 percent (10-of-17) from the floor and 57 percent (4-of-7) from behind the arc.

• Amundsen tallied seven points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals on the road against Texas.
