Daniel Trejo keyed a 2-0 week for CSUN, which defeated two nationally ranked opponents.
• Trejo earned his second Offensive Player of the Week award after recording two goals and an assist to help the Matadors knock off No. 17 Cornell (3-1) and No. 11 UCLA (2-1).
• The 5-foot-9 forward notched CSUN’s third goal against the Big Red, scoring just 34 seconds after Cornell had narrowed its deficit to 2-1.
• Trejo collected an assist on CSUN’s first goal against the Bruins, tying the score at 1-1 as his shot rebounded to Wolfgang Prentice, who slotted a shot past the keeper.
• Trejo recorded his second game-winning goal – and conference-best fifth of the year – at the 65:27 mark.
• He has tallied at least one point in four of the last five matches, and he leads the Big West with 14 points.

HENRIK REGITNIG, CSUN – DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Henrik Regitnig improved to 6-1 in net this season as the CSUN goalkeeper held both No. 17 Cornell and No. 11 UCLA to one goal apiece in a pair of victories.
• The senior garnered his second Defensive Player of the Week honor – and the fifth of his career. He posted a 1.00 goals against average and .778 save percentage.
• The five Player of the Week honors place him in a tie for fourth all-time on the Big West career list.
• Regitnig stopped two Cornell shots in a 3-1 win, and made five more saves in the 2-1 triumph over UCLA.
• Regitnig leads the Big West with 30 saves. He is one of four keepers in the conference with a sub-1.00 GPA, checking in at 0.86.
