WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

• Cal State Fullerton junior Raina Perez notched her first career Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week honor after shooting 50 percent and averaging 25.5 points in a 1-1 split.
• The 5-foot-4 guard led the Titans to a thrilling 79-74 road overtime victory against Loyola Marymount, scoring a career-high 29 points on 12-of-21 shooting.
• Perez scored 15 of her 29 points in the fourth quarter and overtime to help CSF overcome a 12-point deficit. She hit a key three-pointer to open OT and nailed a pair of free throws to give the Titans a three-point lead with 18 seconds left.
• Perez added six rebounds and five assists in 41 minutes against the Lions.
• In a 55-45 road loss against San Diego State, Perez notched her third consecutive 20-point game, tallying 22 on 9-of-21 shooting. She hit a three and made all three of her free throw attempts.
• Perez also yanked down a career-high eight boards to go along with three assists and a steal against the Aztecs. For the week, she averaged 7.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.
