Offensive Player of the Week  Nil Grau, Utah Valley | Senior • Forward • Girona, Spain

• Utah Valley forward Nil Grau scored twice in two wins to earn The Big West Offensive Player of the Week award. It is Grau's first career weekly honor from the league. 

• The Wolverine senior scored the game-winning goal on a half-volley while spinning in a 1-0 triumph against Central Arkansas on Monday. 

• In a 1-0 victory at Santa Clara Sunday night, Grau found the back of the net by chipping the goalkeeper from the right side in the first half.  

• Utah Valley is 3-0 to begin the year. Grau has recorded either a goal or an assist in all three of UVU's games so far this season.

Defensive Player of the Week  Toke Amtrup, Utah Valley | Senior • Defender • Svendborg, Denmark

• Toke Amtrup helmed the Utah Valley defense to two shutout wins to secure The Big West Defensive Player of the Week honor. This is the first career weekly honor from the conference for Amtrup. 

• The Svendborg, Denmark product played the full match and guided the Wolverine defense to hold Central Arkansas without a shot on goal in a 1-0 win on Monday. 

• Amtrup logged 90 minutes on the pitch and limited Santa Clara to two shots on goal in a 1-0 road victory, Sunday night. 

• Utah Valley is 3-0 to start the season and Amtrup has played every minute so far.

Rookie of the Week  Javier Bedolla Vera, UC Irvine | Freshman • Forward • Newark, Calif.

• UC Irvine's Javier Bedolla Vera scored a goal to be named The Big West Rookie of the Week. This is Bedolla Vera's first career weekly honor from the conference. 

• The first-year Anteater recorded a goal in Sunday's 3-0 win at Pacific with a penalty in the 88th minute. 

• Bedolla Vera made his collegiate debut in Monday's win over LMU. 

• UC Irvine is 2-0-1 to begin the season.
