Cal State Fullerton junior infielder Nataly Lozano slashed .714/.778/1.857 with five hits, two home runs, one triple, six RBI, and two walks as the Titans swept Cal Poly to earn The Big West Field Player of the Week award. This is the first Field Player of the Week weekly distinction for Lozano after claiming Freshman of the Week four times in 2025.

The Whittier, Calif. native delivered a multi-hit weekend, driving in six runs and reaching base in nearly every plate appearance during the series. Lozano highlighted the weekend with a two-run home run that accounted for the only runs in Fullerton’s series-clinching victory on Sunday.

The junior finished the three-game set with five hits, including two long balls and a triple, powering the Titans’ offense in the conference-opening sweep.

Hawai‘i senior pitcher Hannah Pitts went 2-0 with a 0.54 ERA across 13.0 innings to earn The Big West Pitcher of the Week award. This is the first Big West weekly distinction of Pitts’ career.

The right-hander limited UC Davis to a .149 batting average, scattering seven hits with one walk and eight strikeouts in the series. Pitts opened the weekend with a three-hit complete-game shutout in Game 1, retiring 11 consecutive batters at one point and facing just five over the minimum.
- In the series finale, Pitts tossed the first six innings, allowing one run on four hits while striking out five to secure the series win for the Rainbow Wahine.
