- UC Irvine guard Jurian Dixon averaged 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in two wins to earn The Big West Men's Basketball Player of the Week award. It is the second career weekly honor for Dixon, having won it once earlier this season.
- The redshirt sophomore started the week with 22 ponts on 8-of-16 shooting, with six rebounds and five assists in a 107-85 victory over Cal Poly, Thursday night.
- The San Diego, Calif. product poured in 23 points, once again shooting 8-of-16 from the field, with eight rebounds and two assists as the Anteaters prevailed 79-69 against UC Davis on Saturday.
- UC Irvine finished the regular season with a 22-10 overall record and captured The Big West regular-season crown with a 15-5 mark. Dixon is averaging 15.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists heading into the postseason.
