Player of the Week Marcus Wilson, UC Davis | Redshirt Freshman • Guard • Albuquerque, N.M.

• UC Davis guard Marcus Wilson averaged 24.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game in two victories to earn The Big West Men's Basketball Player of the Week award. It is the first career weekly honor for Wilson.

• The Aggie redshirt freshman scored 24 points, shooting 8-for-14 from the field, 1-for-2 from behind the arc and a perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line, with six rebounds and six assists in an 85-75 triumph over UC Santa Barbara, Thursday night.

• Wilson logged another 24 points, on 8-of-16 shooting from the floor and 7-of-8 from the charity stripe, with four rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 67-58 victory over Cal Poly on Saturday.

• UC Davis is 15-9 overall and 8-5 in conference play. Wilson is currently averaging 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
