Offensive Player of the Week 
Kainoa Wade, Hawai'i | Sophomore • Opposite Hitter • Kailua, O'ahu
  • 8036For the second time in three weeks, Hawai’i sophomore Kainoa Wade has claimed Big West Offensive Player of the Week. 

  • The opposite hitter averaged 4.50 kills and 5.00 points per set in a pair of straight-set road wins over No. 18 Stanford, leading the team in kills in both matches.  

  • Wade provided 12 kills while hitting .588 in Friday’s opener against the Cardinal.  

  • Saturday, the native of Kailua, O’ahu finished the rematch with 15 kills on .737 with just one attack error (15-1-19) along with two digs and two blocks.  

  • Wade currently rates third in national collegiate volleyball in hitting percentage (.464) and is in The Big West’s top five in aces (.457), kills (3.51) and points (4.20) per set.

Defensive Player of the Week 
Quintin Greenidge, Hawai'i | Junior • Libero • Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
  • Anchoring the Hawai’i defense in a pair of sweeping victories at No. 18 Stanford, Quintin Greenidge has been named Big West Defensive Player of the Week for the first time.  

  • The junior libero averaged 3.17 digs per set in the pair of three-setters. In Friday’s series opener Greenidge tallied seven digs with an assist.  

  • In Saturday’s rematch, Greenidge popped up 12 digs – one off the season high – to average 4.0 per set.   

  • The native of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, leads The Big West in digs per set with a 2.08 average.

Setter of the Week 
Tread Rosenthal, Hawai'i | Junior • Setter • Austin, Texas
  • Hawai’i setter Tread Rosenthal’s performance on The Farm earned the junior a season’s fourth and ninth career Big West Setter of the Week honor. All told, Rosenthal has now claimed 16 Big West weekly awards in various categories.  

  • Rosenthal led the team to a combined .474 hitting percentage in a pair of straight-set wins over No. 18 Stanford on the road.  

  • The product of Austin, Texas, averaged 12.50 assists and 1.17 digs per set and led the team to 14.50 kills per set average.  

  • On Friday, Rosenthal dished out 38 assists and led the team to .515 hitting in the opener, along with providing two aces, three digs and two blocks for the Rainbow Warriors.  

  • The rematch saw Rosenthal tally 37 assists with one ace, four digs and a block. 

  • Rosenthal leads The Big West and is third in the country with 11.06 assists per set on the season.

Freshman of the Week 
Andrej Jokanovic, UC Irvine | Freshman • Outside Hitter • Cannes, France
  • 8136UC Irvine first-year player Andrej Jokanovic picked up a fourth Big West Freshman of the Week award in the last five weeks. 

  • Jokanovic averaged 3.50 kills, 4.13 points and 1.35 digs in a series split against No. 4 Southern California.  

  • Wednesday, the outside hitter notched a third career double-double, totaling 16 kills and 12 digs to go along with three assists and three blocks in the five-setter.  

  • In Friday’s 3-1 road win over the Trojans, the native of Cannes, France, recorded 15 kills, five digs, three blocks and tied a career-best with three aces to hand USC their first loss of the season.  

  • Jokanovic ranks in the top five in The Big West in both kills (3.50) and points (4.13) per set.
