  • UC Irvine guard Jurian Dixon averaged 20.5 points, shooting 54.2 percent (13-of-24) and 71.4 percent (10-of-14), 2.5 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.0 steal per game in two road wins to earn The Big West Men's Basketball Player of the Week award. It is the first career weekly honor for Dixon.
  • The redshirt sophomore Anteater poured in a career-high 26 points in a 81-77 road win over Cal State Bakersfield, Thursday, shooting 8-for-13 from the floor, including 6-for-7 from three-point range. 
  • The San Diego, Calif. product made four 3-pointers for 15 points to go along with three assists, two rebounds and two steals in a 86-64 road win over Cal State Fullerton, Saturday.
  • UC Irvine is 11-5 overall and 4-0 in conference play. Dixon is averaging 15.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game this season.
