It is Visaya's fourth career weekly honor, having won it three times last season. In the season opener against No. 15 California, the Rainbow Warrior senior came back to defeat Fryderyk Lchno-Wasiutynski in a third set super tiebreaker, 6-3, 5-7, 1-0 (10-5). In the deciding tiebreaker, Visaya jumped out to a 5-0 lead en route to the 10-5 win. Against Gonxaga's Giovanni Branchetti, the Honolulu product cruised to a straight set win, 6-1, 6-4. In doubles, Visaya and partner Toa Maeda notched their first win of 2026 holding off Gonzaga's Nicholas Reeves/Oscar Rashed by a break, 6-4
