Jessie Halladay harnessed a brace in Cal Poly's opening match against San Diego to earn The Big West Offensive Player of the Week title on the senior's resume for the first time.

The two tallies marked Halladay's first career multi-goal performance. Halladay opened the scoring just 10 minutes in and later headed home a corner kick in the 80th minute to put the Mustangs ahead 3-2.
- Halladay capped off the match with a game-high eight shots and now has netted 11 career goals as a Mustang.

Cal State Fullerton sees Issac Ranson claim The Big West Defensive Player of the Week accolade for the sixth time of goalkeeper's career. This is Ranson's seventh overall weekly award after earning Freshman of the Week on Aug. 22., 2022.

The Oxnard native opened the 2025 season with a clean sheet in CSF's scoreless draw against (RV) California. Ranson faced 20 shots in the contest, turning away all five that landed on target, four of which were in the first half.

This was the 19th career shutout of the netminder's career.

Ava Tibor has been tabbed as the first Big West Freshman of the Week for the 2025 campaign.

The Woodland Hills native made a statement in the freshman's debut as a Triton, scoring a pair of goals against (RV) California in the team's season opener. Tibor scored UCSD's first goal of the season in the fourth minute with a finish from 12 yards out.
- From there, Tibor tallied the equalizer in the second half, stripping the ball from Cal's All-American keeper and burying a shot from the top of the box to level the match at 2-2. Tibor's two-goal performance was the sixth by a Triton in the program's Division I era.
