The Big West announced today that the league has joined forces with the popular college basketball content platform The Field of 68 to produce its 2024-25 men’s and women’s basketball previews.
The previews will stream live on Tuesday, October 15 from Noon to 6 p.m. PT on The Field of 68’s website (
thefieldof68.com), YouTube (
youtube.com/@thefieldof68) and X (x.com/thefieldof68) channels.
The Big West Men’s Basketball Preview presented by Credit Union 1 will air from Noon to 3 p.m. PT. Hosts Jeff Goodman and Richie Schueler will have interviews with all Big West head coaches. The Field of 68’s Rob Dauster will provide interview features with members of The Big West preseason all-conference team.
Halftime of the previews will include a wide-ranging interview between Jeff Goodman and Big West Commissioner Dan Butterly, who is also chair of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Oversight Committee, on the upcoming season, the state of intercollegiate athletics and more.
The Big West Women’s Basketball Preview presented by Jersey Mike’s will air live from 3 to 6 p.m. PT. Talia Goodman and Tammy Blackburn will bring fans head coach interviews, insights and analysis on all 11 Big West teams. Rob Dauster returns to provide an inside look at members of the women’s preseason all-conference team.
