Cal State Fullerton's Ordonez, Cal State Bakersfield's Duo of Limes and Geishauser Take Home Player of the Week Awards

Offensive Player of the Week 
Roberto Ordonez, Cal State Fullerton | Junior • Midfielder • McAllen, Texas
  • 27265Cal State Fullerton junior midfielder Roberto Ordonez compiled three goals and one assists in two games. 

  • Ordonez put away the game-tying goal and assisted on the game-winner in the Titans' 2-1 comeback home victory over Air Force Thursday night. 

  • The McAllen, Texas product found the back of the net twice in Sunday's 4-1 home win over UCLA. The win is the largest margin of victory against the Bruins for the Titan program and the first since the 2000 season. 

  • Cal State Fullerton is on a five-game unbeaten streak and is 4-2-2 on the year.

Defensive Player of the Week 
Brandon Limes, Cal State Bakersfield | Redshirt Junior • Goalkeeper • Edgewood, Wash.
  • 25383Cal State Bakersfield redshirt junior goalkeeper Brandon Limes tallied nine saves in two shutout victories on the road. 

  • Limes recorded a career-high seven saves in Thursday's 1-0 road win at Utah Tech. The Roadrunners played the final 33 minutes with an 11-on-10 disadvantage due to a red card. 

  • The Edgewood, Wash. native made a pair of stops to lead Cal State Bakersfield on a 1-0 road win, Sunday at UNLV. The Roadrunners competed for the final 12 minutes with a player disadvantage.  
  • With a four-game winning streak, Cal State Bakersfield is 4-1-2 on the year.

Freshman of the Week 
Luka Geishauser, Cal State Bakersfield | Freshman • Defender • Dusseldorf, Germany
  • 25383Rookie defender Luka Geishauser was a key part of two Cal State Bakersfield shutouts this week. 

  • Geishauser came in as a sub at Utah Tech in the second half and played in the final 30 minutes. The freshman helped keep the Traiblazers off the scoreboard as Cal State Bakersfield sealed the 1-0 victory.
  • On Sunday at UNLV, the Dusseldorf, Germany native started on the back line and played a full 90 minutes in the Roadrunners' 1-0 shutout win. 

  • It is the second straight week that a Cal State Bakersfield player has won the Freshman of the Week award. Jesse Wangusi claimed the top rookie honor on Sept. 11. 

  • With a four-game winning streak, Cal State Bakersfield is 4-1-2 on the year.
