• UC Santa Barbara's Phillip Jordan went 2-0 in singles and got a doubles win to earn The Big West Men's Tennis Player of the Week. It is Jordan's sixth career weekly honor after winning it four times last year and once earlier this season.
• On Thursday at San Diego State, Jordan defeated Johannes Seeman in No. 1 singles 2-6, 6-1, 6-2.
• On Saturday at UC San Diego, the junior, alongside teammate Pablo Masjuan, downed Daniel Traxler and Pelayo Rodriguez 6-3 in No. 1 doubles. The Spratanburg, S.C. native then defeated Traxler in No. 2 singles 6-1, 6-3.
• UC Santa Barbara is currently 11-1 and ranked 33rd in the latest ITA rankings. Phillip Jordan and Kai Brady are ranked 43rd in doubles by the ITA.
