UC Riverside's Zyon Pullin Earns Fifth Career Player of the Week Honor

30553• UC Riverside guard Zyon Pullin averaged 19.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.0 steals in two wins to earn The Big West Player of the Week honor, presented by Hercules Tires. It is Pullins's second time this season, fifth time in career, winning the conference’s weekly honor. It is UC Riverside’s fifth time earning Player of the Week this season.

• The senior shot a combined 55 percent (16-of-29) from the field and 67 percent (2-of-3) from long distance in the two victories.

• Pullin scored a game-high 15 points and dished out nine assists in a 97-76 win against CSUN on Monday.

• In Thursday’s 54-52 road win at Hawai’i, the Pleasant Hill native scored 24 points, 18 in the second half, on 58 percent (11-of-19) shooting with six rebounds and three assists.

• UC Riverside is currently 20-10 overall and 13-5 in Big West play with one week left remaining in the regular season. Pullin averages 17.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
