UC Davis guard Ty Johnson scored 30 points in a win to earn The Big West Player of the Week award.

Johnson compiled 30 points, including a career-high five 3-pointers, with three rebounds, three assists and four steals in an 82-61 Aggie road victory at Pacific.

The Chicago, Ill. native helped the UC Davis defense limit the Tigers to zero 3-pointers made in the second half.

The junior shot 63.1 percent (12-of-19) from the floor and 62.5 percent (5-of-8) from behind the arc in the win.
