Charles Janssen helped UC Davis to an undefeated week by accumulating 10 saves and gave up one goal in two road games to claim the Defensive Player of the Week accolade. It is Janssen's third career weekly honor after having won the award once earlier this year (Aug. 28) and once last season (Oct. 10).

The redshirt junior goalkeeper compiled five saves in a 2-0 shutout at Cal State Bakersfield Wednesday. It was Janssen's fourth shutout of the season.
- On Saturday, the Sebastopol, Calif. product accumulated five more saves in a 2-1 win at UC San Diego.

Janssen has amassed 50 saves in 16 games (1,406 minutes) this season and sports a 1.09 goals-against average.
