• Cal State Fullerton junior McKaylie Caesar won the individual Crown at the Mark Covert Classic to wins The Big West Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honor. It is the first weekly honor for the Lindsay, Calif. product.
• Caesar's individual win by over seven seconds propelled the Titans to a first-place team finish with a score of 24.

• UC Santa Barbara true freshman Ethan Godsey won the Lagoon Invitational, completing the eight-kilometer course in 25:02.11 to claim The Big West Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week award.
• Godsey crossed the finish line 17 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. The Gauchos took second as a team.
