Jack Rhead, CSUN  Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week  Redshirt Junior • Forward • Plymouth, United Kingdom

• CSUN redshirt junior forward Jack Rhead collected a goal and an assist, helping the Matadors to two wins, to earn The Big West Offensive Player of the Week. 

• The forward posted the assist on the game-winning score in a 1-0 road win at Pacific, Thursday night. 

• On Sunday, Rhead scored the game-winning goal in the 80th minute to put CSUN on top 2-1 at UNLV.

Filippo Dadone, CSU Bakersfield  Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week  Junior • Goalkeeper • Cuneo, Italy

• CSU Bakersfield junior goalkeeper Filippo Dadone compiled eight saves and led the Roadrunners to two victories to claim The Big West Defensive Player of the Week. 

• On Thursday the Cuneo, Italy product tallied six saves as the Roadrunners defeated Grand Canyon 2-1. 

• Dadone posted a shutout and made two stops to help the Roadrunners to a 1-0 win over Gonzaga Sunday.

Justin Faison, Sacramento State  Men’s Soccer Freshman of the Week  Freshman • Defender • Huntington Beach, Calif.

• Sacramento State freshman defender Justin Faison helped the Hornets to an unbeaten week to win The Big West Freshman of the Week honor. 

• The rookie defender played 60 minutes and helped Sacramento State to a 4-1 win against Saint Mary's, Thursday. 

• From the back line, Faison logged 56 minutes and attempted three shots, including two on goal, Sunday against Pacific. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.
