• UC Riverside pitcher Chrys Hildebrand went 2-0 with a 0.78 ERA in 9.0 innings against CSU Bakersfield to earn The Big West Softball Pitcher of the Week honor. The Highlanders swept the Roadrunners in the final series of the season.
• Hildebrand recorded 11 strikeouts in five frames and gave up one hit for one run in the series opener. UC Riverside earned a 16-1 victory in five innings.
• The senior tallied seven strikeouts and allowed no hits in 4.0 innings of work as the Highlanders defeated the Roadrunners 6-2 in the series and season finale.

• Cal State Fullerton junior infielder Daisy Munoz slashed .300/.364/1.000 against Long Beach State with four RBI, two runs and two home runs to win The Big West Softball Field Player of the Week award. The Titans took the series from the Beach and secured the conference title in the process.
• Munoz hit a walk-off three-run home run in the series opener. With the Titans down 6-5 and two runners on, the junior hit the ball over the left field wall to secure an 8-6 win.
• The Buena Park, Calif. product hit the go-ahead home in game two. With the score tied 1-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Munoz cranked one over the wall to give Cal State Fullerton the 2-1 lead. The pitching shutout the Beach offense in the top of the seventh as the Titans won The Big West title.

• CSUN outfielder Mikayla Carman slashed .500/.727/.500 with four runs, four RBI and five walks to claim The Big West Softball Freshman of the Week award. The Matadors swept the Gauchos in the three-game series.
• The freshman went 1-for-3 with two runs, one RBI and one walk as CSUN earned a 12-6 win in the series opener.
• Carman hit 2-for-2 with one run, two RBI and two walks as the Matadors prevailed 7-5 in game two.
• In the series and season finale, the outfielder drew two walks for one run and one RBI as CSUN produced a 12-3 victory in five innings.
