Brianna Lopez, Hawai'i  Softball Pitcher Player of the Week  Freshman • Pitcher • Riverside, Calif.

• Hawai'i pitcher Brianna Lopez went 2-0 with a 0.50 ERA and eight strikeouts in 14.0 innings of work, leading her team to a road series win over UC Riverside, to earn The Big West Softball Pitcher of the Week award. It is Lopez's first Pitcher of the Week honor. She was the Freshman of the Week on Feb. 28 earlier this season. 
 
•  In a homecoming effort, the Riverside product threw a seven-inning complete game shutout with six strikeouts as Hawai'i won 2-0 in game one. 
 
• The freshman lefty threw her second seven-inning complete game of the series in game three, giving up only one run and striking out two, leading the Rainbow Wahine to a 7-1 victory to take the series.

Maddie Amos, Cal Poly  Softball Field Player of the Week  Senior • Shortstop • Roseville, Calif.

• Cal Poly senior Maddie Amos hit .455 (5-for-11) with nine RBI, two runs and two grand slams in a three-game sweep of CSU Bakersfield to claim The Big West Softball Field Player of the Week award. It is her third time Amos has won the conference's weekly honor. 
 
• In game two of the series, Amos went 2-for-3 from the plate with one RBI as the Mustangs earned a 6-1 victory.
 
• The senior shortstop hit two grand slams in the series finale for eight RBI and two runs as Cal Poly defeated the Roadrunners 14-2 in five innings to complete the sweep.

• Long Beach State freshman Jacquelyn Bickar was nearly perfect from the plate, going 5-for-6 with five runs and five RBI, as the Beach swept UC Santa Barbara, to earn The Big West Freshman of the Week honor. It is the second time this season that Bickar has been named the conference's top rookie. 
 
• Bickar went 2-for-2 with two runs and three RBI as Long Beach State won game one 8-0. 
 
• In a narrow 2-1 victory in game two, the Cypress product recorded a hit, a walk, one run and one RBI. 

• Bickar hit 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI as the Beach completed the sweep of UC Santa Barbara with another 8-0 win.
