• UC Davis pitcher Kenedi Brown went 3-0 in 13 innings pitched, including a no-hitter, with a 0.00 ERA, one hit allowed and 21 strikeouts over the weekend to earn the title of The Big West Softball Pitcher of the Week. It is the Brown's third time this season she has collected the weekly honor and sixth time in her career.
• Brown tossed her first career no-hitter, striking out 11 and walking only one in a 2-0 victory over Utah State.
• The Temecula product threw four innings against San Jose State with six strikeouts and earned the save against Idaho State, pitching the final two innings.

• Cal State Fullerton junior Daisy Munoz slashed .667/.737/1.333 in six games, going 10-for-15 from the plate with four RBI to take home The Big West Softball Field Player of the Week honor for the first time this season. It is the second time in her career that she has won the award.
• The Buena Park native was perfect from the plate against Nebraska and Idaho State with an identical mark of 3-for-3 with one RBI in each game.
• Munoz went 2-for-3 with two RBI, a run and a home run in the weekend finale against Iowa State.

• UC San Diego Freshman Pitcher pitcher 12 innings in two games and went 2-0 wtih 24 strikeouts to collect The Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Week award.
• The pitcher from Temecula threw five innings and struck out nine against Princeton.
• Cecil threw a complete game against California Baptist, collecting 15 strikeouts and allowing only a single run in seven innings.
