• Kenedi Brown pitched a pair of complete games, going 2-0 with a 1.00 ERA and 16 strikeouts in 14.0 innings on the weekend as UC Davis took the series over Fresno State 2-1 to earn Pitcher of the Week for the second consecutive time.
• The sophomore threw seven innings with 11 strikeouts, allowing only one run, in a 7-1 win against Fresno State Saturday.
• Brown picked up her third win of the year as she threw another complete game, striking out five batters in a 6-1 victory in the series finale against Fresno State Sunday.

• Delaney Diaz hit .700 with eight RBI, three runs and a home run as UC Davis took the three-game series from Fresno State 2-1 to earn the Field Player of the Week award.
• The senior outfielder went 3-for-4 with ome home run and five RBI as the Aggies defeated the Bulldogs 7-1 Saturday.
• On Sunday in the series finale, Diaz went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one walk as UC Davis took the series with a 6-1 victory.

Softball Freshman of the Week

• CSUN pitcher Alexis Martinez threw 12 innings over the weekend, giving up five earned runs with 18 strikeouts to earn Freshman of the Week honors.
• The freshman was phenomenal in the circle against Souther Utah, pitching a complete game three-hit shutout with 12 strikeouts as the Matadors took the win 4-0 Friday.
• Martinez combined for eight innings of work against California Baptist and Southern Utah on Saturday, and compiled six strikeouts.
