• Cal State Fullerton junior guard Latrell Wrightsell Jr. tallied 27 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals to earn The Big West Player of the Week honor, presented by Hercules Tires. The Omaha, Neb. product is a first-time Big West weekly honoree.
• The junior guard dropped a career-high 27 points, shooting 52 percent (11-of-21) from the field and 44 percent (4-of-9) from behind the arc, to lead the Titans to a 94-91 double overtime win at Pacific. It was Cal State Fullerton's only game during the week.
• Wrightsell Jr. started the game on fire and scored 15 in the first half, going 6-of-11 from the floor.
• Wrightsell Jr. is currently averaging 14.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game through four contests to start the season. Cal State Fullerton is currently 3-1, including a pair of double overtime wins.
