• For the third time this season, Hawai‘i senior Rado Parapunov earned Big West Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week honors.
• The 6-9 opposite owns the Big West record with 13 career Player of the Week awards after also collecting two in 2018, five in 2019 and three in 2020.
• Parapunov led the Rainbow Warriors in back-to-back wins over rival Long Beach State. He averaged 4.89 kills, 1.33 digs, 1.11 blocks and 0.44 service aces per set.
• Parapunov led the team in kills in both matches. He had a team-high 17 kills in Friday’s four-set victory. He returned Saturday with a match-high 27 kills on .321 (27-10-53) hitting. His 27 kills marked the 12th 20-plus kill match of his career.
• He had a pair of service aces in each match, and posted five digs and seven blocks (one solo) in the Saturday’s five-set thriller.

Gage Worsley earned his fifth career Big West Men’s Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week award – and second this season.
• The 6-1 libero tallied 31 digs in UH’s two-match sweep of No. 7 Long Beach State.
• Worsley recorded 14 digs in the series opener and scooped a career-best 17 digs in the rematch that went five sets.
• He averaged 3.44 digs per set while also tallying nine assists.
• Worsley was on point with serve receive, posting just one reception error in 58 receive attempts (.983).

• Long Beach State outside hitter Clarke Godbold earned his second straight Big West Men’s Volleyball Freshman of the Week honor with two solid efforts against No. 1 Hawai‘i.
• He averaged 2.33 kills, 1.33 digs and 0.67 blocks per set as the Beach took the Bows to five sets on Saturday.
• Godbold collected double figure kills in both matches with 10 on Friday and 11 more on Saturday. He had seven digs and six block assists in the five-setter.
