• Hawai‘i sophomore Justin Webster has been selected the Big West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for February 1-7.

• This is Webster’s first career honor. His selection marks the sixth straight season a UH student-athlete has been recognized with the weekly award.

• The 6-3 guard enjoyed a prolific offensive effort in a home sweep of Cal Poly, averaging 19.0 points and 4.5 rebounds on 86.7 percent shooting.

• Webster missed only two shots all weekend, hitting a phenomenal 13-of-15 from the floor, including 8-of-9 from three-point land.

• Webster scored 20 points in the first matchup and 18 in the second as the Rainbow Warriors won both games by double-digit margins.

• The Dallas, Texas native knocked down 6-of-7 from the field on Friday and 7-of-8 on Saturday, tallying four three-pointers in each contest.

• Webster notched his third 20-point game of the season.

• He also collected nine rebounds, two assists and two steals for the week.
