E.J. Anosike, Cal State Fullerton  Men’s Basketball Player of the Week  Graduate Student • Forward • East Orange, N.J.

• Cal State Fullerton forward E.J. Anosike led the Titans to a pair of wins over prominent foes to earn his first Big West weekly award. 

• Anosike recorded a double-double in a 74-59 victory agaisnt George Washington with 28 points, shooting 12-of-16 from the floor and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe, and 11 rebounds.  

• On Friday, he tallied 20 points, nine rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal, as the Titans earned a 57-55 win on the road at San Diego. 

• In the two victorious efforts, Anosike averaged 24 points and 10 rebounds, while shooting a 61 percent (20-of-33) on field goals and 70 percent (7-of-10) on free throws.
