• UC Santa Barbara guard Doris Jones did a lot of everything for the Gauchos in their sweep over Cal State Fullerton last weekend, earning her Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week honors.

• The senior put up a complete stat line in the first game against the Titans, collecting a season-high 29 points to go along with six rebounds, three blocks and two steals. She also connected on four threes as part of a 11-of-19 showing from the floor.

• Game two had more of the same for Jones, putting up 17 points, six rebounds, three assists and a block.

• The Oakland native also committed only four turnovers in 59 minutes of court time, while shooting 54.5% (18-33) from the floor and 45.5% (5-11) from the three-point line.
